Mrs. Mears is an Alderian method,  solution focused therapist. She has over 20 years experience working to provide her clients with clarity and practical tools to overcome their current problems. She has worked with a diverse population of people from different cultures and countries. This therapist has been devoted in her work with military families since 1992 and understands the challenges they face on a daily basis. 

Kimberly has worked in hospitals, schools, and residential treatment facilities. She facilitated a weekly ancies and phobia group for the San Diego Phobia Foundation for a number of years. SHe enjoyed running the group which afforded her the opportunity to a wide range of skills to those suffering from many different types of anxiety disorders.
